I currently teach 7^th grade Pre-Algebra, 10^th grade Geometry and two elective courses; Pre-Calculus and Consumer Math/Personal Finance.  I am also the Senior Class advisor and co advisor for the Mathematics Team.  This is my fourth year teaching at MIB and I still really enjoy it even if some days can be challenging.  After I received my AA degree from Lake Superior College, I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to do so I moved back to the area and worked in the Indian Education department at Tower High School and North Woods High School.  I really enjoyed helping students and especially enjoyed helping them with math.  This made me decide to get my teaching degree through Western Governors University and I am happy I did.
