I graduated with a BA from CSS in Home Economics and Management with a Food and Nutrition minor.  I am a Certified Food Manager licensed from the Minnesota Department of Health.  My hometown is Virginia, MN.  I enjoy teaching my class because it is not straight lecture or book work. It is vocational. One is also doing something and running a restaurant.
